You know what these are. (Mine are better)
8 oz Cheddar, shredded real nice
4 Tablespoons of Butter, real cold
1 Cup Flour
Pinch salt
Smidge onion powder and garlic powder (More garlic if you're brave)
2-3 Tablespoons water
Combine all except flour and water in food processor, just dump it all in.
Process on high, then add flour, process again.
Add water, process til it's a dough ball (2 minutes ish)
Divide into thirds
REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR
Roll as thin as you can, I use a pasta maker. Then cut into squares and use a chop stick to poke holes in each.
Bake at 350, 15-20 minutes, you want them to start browning a touch and look crispy
Pull them out, let them stand for a few minutes then enjoy!
